Re: Debit Card PIN
I contacted my credit union the other day to find out how to reset my PIN. I have contacted them several times on various issues. Each time they refer to me as Ms. This time I responded with Mr. in my signature, as I have done before. We needed to correspond a few more times. When they responded, after I signed the email with Mr., they still addressed me as Ms.
