Dvorak on TWIT 178
John C. Dvorak discussing the demise of Circuit City and the big liquidation sales noted that someone named Brook, a CNET reporter, posted to his blog about it. Dvorak starts to say "he said" then stops and asks if Brook is a guy or a girl. Tom Merritt then confirms to him Brook is a guy.
Kudos to Dvorak for knowing that the name can be a guy's name. Although I think he may have questioned just because he had exposure to this journalist before.
I have yet to find the definite name of the CNET journalist. I find a Brooke Crothers, but have yet to confirm their gender. If this is the guy, then this will be the first guy I have seen spelling his name with an "e".
